Update for our USA Customers

We always do our best to keep you informed, especially when changes happen that may affect your orders. As a small family-run brand, every detail matters to us, from how we design and hand-finish each piece in our Lisbon atelier to how carefully we pack and ship it to you.

We want to keep you informed about an important change that affects all international shipments to the United States.

Until now, parcels valued at 800 USD or less could enter the US without customs duties under the De Minimis exemption. However, on July 30, 2025, the US government announced the suspension of this exemption for all countries, effective August 29, 2025.

This means that from this date forward, all parcels sent to the United States will be subject to customs clearance and duties, regardless of their value. Unfortunately, this is a government decision that impacts all international postal flows, and we, like many other small brands, must comply.

Additionally, for a brief transition period starting August 26, 2025, standard postal shipments to the USA will be suspended until the necessary operational adjustments are put in place.

This suspension applies to: Mainland United States | Hawaii and Alaska | Puerto Rico | Guam | U.S. Virgin Islands | American Samoa | Northern Mariana Islands | APO, FPO, and DPO addresses (military and diplomatic)
