We are located in sunny Lisbon, Portugal, in Europe.

WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

European Union:
Åland Islands, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bouvet Island, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mayotte, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard & Jan Mayen and Sweden.
Europe -Non EU: 
Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Georgia, Guernsey, Vatican City, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine and United Kingdom.
Rest of the World:
Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, North Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates & United States.

For some countries we offer only DHL Shipping that takes less than a week to arrive and costs 90€. Unfortunately we cannot offer Free Shipping for these countries, because of previous shipping issues with the regular shipping companies. We simply cannot risk our pieces not getting to you. :)

WHAT LOCATIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR DELIVERY?

Clients may use a residential or workplace address where the carrier can hand over the parcel personally. 

DO YOU SHIP TO PICK-UP POINTS/PO BOXES?

Yes, we ship to Pick-Up Points and PO Boxes. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address is correct before placing the order, to track the parcel, and to collect it within the required timeframe.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address or redirect the parcel, as it is fully handled by the carrier. If a parcel is not collected and returns to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED ARRIVAL & SHIPPING COSTS? 

European Union: €8.50- 1-2 weeks * ** ***
Europe - Non EU: €9 - 1-3 weeks * ** ***
Rest of the World: €9 - 2 weeks to  1 month  
(All orders are shipped with a tracking number)

*** If you are sending a parcel to an island, such as the Portuguese, Spanish, French, Greek, Italian or Caribbean Islands, play it safe and allow an extra couple of weeks or even months. Remote locations in Africa, India, China and the Middle East may also take a little longer. 

Weather, Customs and other factors may delay your order. 

Some countries, won't update the tracking number when the parcel arrives at their customs. This unfortunately this is beyond our control, so please have this in mind when ordering.
 

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND CUSTOM TAXES?

While we ship worldwide, international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes once they reach the destination country. These charges are not covered by us and are the responsibility of the customer. As duties and taxes vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order. All countries outside the EU may be subject to customs fees and import duties.

However, we would like to note that it is very rare for our parcels to be held by customs due to their small size and discreet appearance, although delays or charges can still occur.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

YES. For security purposes, all Registered deliveries require a signature. If you are not at the address provided upon delivery, please be aware that the courier company will take your order back and is probably going to be waiting for you to pick it up at your local postal station and later on return to us unclaimed.

We offer free worldwide delivery on all orders above €120.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

Most in-stock orders ship on the Friday following date of purchase. 

An order placed on a holiday or on weekends will begin processing the next business day and will be shipped the next Friday. Orders ship from our studio in Lisbon, Portugal.

WHAT KIND OF PACKAGING WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER IN?

All orders are shipped in a small and discreet cardboard box.

Depending on the pieces you choose, your order will include either our signature black gift boxes or our soft black satin gift pouches. If you order multiple items, we may layer them inside a single box or place them in a pouch. If you would like a specific piece to have its own box for gifting, you can leave us a note at checkout and we will pack it in one of our standard gift boxes, or you can add one of our luxe packaging options to your cart.

When you order our luxe packaging, it will arrive with ribbon and a To/From card.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

No. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change or update the delivery address. At this stage the parcel is fully in the hands of the carrier and we are unable to intervene, redirect it, or modify the destination.
Please ensure all delivery details are correct before placing your order, as this avoids delays, returns to sender, or failed deliveries.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER THE WRONG ADDRESS?

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout, so please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected, a new shipping fee will be required to resend it.

If an order is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Boutique Minimaliste cannot issue a replacement or a refund.

WHY SHOULD I REGISTER?

If you sign up for an account, you can access it and check the status of your order and track it (if eligible) .
You can also see all your past orders.

HOW CAN I PAY?

You can pay with your Debit Card, Credit Card and PayPal Account.

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

 After you have added an item to your cart, you will be prompted to review your cart. Here, you may review all items in your cart, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page. Once you have reviewed the items in your cart, you may either continue shopping or proceed to check out and place your order.
 

Please note items are only held for you once you checkout completely. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase it at a later date.
